From the Merritt Parkway
Exit 48 (Trumbull Mall Exit). Driving north, turn left off exit. (Driving south, turn right). Go through two stoplights, then past Long Hill Deli. Turn right on Alden Avenue. If you pass the Stop and Shop, you've gone too far.

From I95 N traveling South
Take Exit 27A onto the Route 25 north connector toward Trumbull.

From I95 S traveling North
Take Exit 27A on to the Route 25 north connector toward Trumbull.

Turn off Route 25 at Exit 9, the Daniel's Farm Road exit. Take a left off exit and drive straight to the stoplight. Take a right up Churchill Road. Turn left onto Alden Avenue (the fifth street). We are the last house on the right of Alden Avenue.

* The Healing Touch is located in a large red house on the corner of Main Street and Alden Avenue. Our parking is on the side of the house accessible from Alden Avenue.
